Ride with us.
At least once a month we have a monthly ride around San Diego. Some are flat and ready for all riders, some are more adventurous and are best with an eBike. Most average around 20 miles and 2-3 hours.
We meet at Spanish Village at 10:100 AM on the third Sunday of the month. We set off at 10:15 (it is Sunday after all). People tend to peel off as we return to Hillcrest to go their own ways.
Helmets are recommended, as are water and energy snacks along the way. We may stop for lunch if the group is so inclined. We will always pace ourselves so that all are included.
We do have an eBike that was generously donated to POZabilities that is available on a first come, first served basis to allow those without one to join in. Just email through the button below and ask if it is available.
Hike with us.
During COVID lockdowns, POZabilities kept our group busy getting together outdoors for some local walks and hikes. We are going to start a series of hikes around scenic parts of San Diego once again. We will traverse ocean cliffs and our local mountains to find hikes that provide enjoyment and scenic views.
