HIV Heroes is a project sponsored by POZabilities to remember those who have made a difference in our lives and the lives of those living with HIV in San Diego.

We encourage everyone to share a story about someone who has made a difference in their life. It could be a friend, partner or family member who has died. It could be someone living with HIV whose story needs to be shared, or it could be someone whose words or actions empower and support those living with HIV.
