Exercise and Diet really do the job…

 

As reported in POZ magazine, another study has shown a direct correlation between moving (steps) and a reduction in waist circumference whereas sedentary time correlates to an increase. This is important as multiple studies show that waist circumference and BMI correlate to the risk for cardiovascular disease and diabetes in people aging with HIV.
